You upload the code of a website you built, and we build it, host it and, on the paid plan, connect it to a domain. We may use third party providers to do this, including Vercel (hosting and domain registration), Stripe (payments), Supabase (storage) and Resend (email).
You keep all rights to what you upload. You give us permission to store, build and publish it for the purpose of running your site. You confirm that you have the right to publish everything you upload.
No illegal content, malware, phishing, spam, content that infringes someone else's rights, sexual content involving minors, or anything that attacks or overloads our systems or those of others. We may take a site offline without notice if we reasonably believe it breaks these rules. Report abuse to support@example.com.
Hosting costs $9.00 per site per month, charged in advance through Stripe and renewing monthly until you cancel. A domain bought through us is charged at the registry's price for the first year, and again each year at the renewal price shown before you pay, on your monthly invoice. You can cancel any time from your site page. Cancelling stops future charges and does not refund the current month.
We retry the card for a period. If payment still fails, or you cancel, your domain shows a paused page. Your files are kept and your site returns when the plan is active again. We may delete sites that have been inactive and unpaid for more than 90 days.
Domains are registered in your name with the details you give at checkout, so you are the legal owner. You must keep those details accurate and answer the registry's verification email, or the registry can suspend the domain. Domain registrations cannot be refunded once completed. If a registration fails, the domain charge is refunded. You can transfer your domain to another registrar at any time by asking us for the transfer code, subject to the registry's 60 day lock after registration. If you stop paying renewals, the domain expires.
We work to keep sites online but provide the service as is, without a guaranteed uptime. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, and we are not liable for lost profits or indirect losses. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract.
We may change these terms or prices with at least 30 days notice by email for paying customers. You may stop using the service at any time. We may end your account for a serious or repeated breach of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of YOUR COUNTRY.
